Project Components: portal development, including: full custom design, digital photography, image design, logo design, Hyperseek directory software configuration, banner and image rotation software configuration, custom javascript, mail program installation and configuration, custom scripting, custom programming.

Eye on Winnipeg was a geographical niche portal that incorporated a Winnipeg area search engine, free email accounts, online games, forums, free classified ads, community calendar, blogs, newsletters, chat, contests, flower shop, e-cards, coupons, restaurant reviews, and local news and events. The design used a simple two column layout, and relied on complementary colour blocks and large areas of white space for its dynamic impact. The site itself was completely dynamic, with constantly updating content.
